Ontario Marine Operators Association and Georgian College announce Centre of Excellence for Recreational Boating Georgian College and the Ontario Marine Operators Association (OMOA) have announced plans to create a Centre of Excellence for Recreational Boating at Georgian’s Midland Campus.
